WG Division Vice President 

Julio serves as the West Global Divisional Vice President, a former professional soccer player and sport manager in Guatemala, he joined FCA in 2014 and has served in key leadership roles. Julio and his wife, Jennifer, have two children Jacobo and Belén and live in Guatemala City, and he is grateful to God for the opportunity to serve coaches and athletes.

WG Director Of Operations

Giulia serves as the Director of Operations for West Global and has been with FCA since 2023, after beginning as an intern with Global Impact. She is from Curitiba, Brazil, and holds a degree in Bioprocess and Biotechnology Engineering. Giulia is married to Pedro and loves serving and supporting the leaders who are part of this mission.

WG Administrative Assistant

Abby has been part of FCA since 2021, serving in a variety of roles. She graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Spanish and Finance and currently lives in Dallas, Texas. Abby has a heart for serving others and uses her skills and experience to support the team and help advance the mission in meaningful ways.

Jimmy is a business leader and entrepreneur with experience in hospitality and business development. Over the past 7 years, he has served as a trusted mentor and advisor to Julio, providing guidance, wisdom, and encouragement. Jimmy has a heart for investing in leaders and supporting God’s work in Latin America by helping others grow in both leadership and purpose.

Chad Glover

WG Board - Abundant Life Executive Pastor of Teaching & Discipleship

Chad serves as a board member and is passionate about God’s Word and fulfilling the Great Commission. He has faithfully served as a volunteer, consistently bringing a strong spiritual foundation and biblical perspective to the team. Chad also serves as the Executive Pastor of Teaching and Discipleship at his church, where he is committed to equipping others to grow in their faith.
