Julio Gomez

Vice President 

Julio is a former professional soccer player and manager in Guatemala, he joined FCA in 2014 and has served in different  leadership roles. Julio and his wife, Jennifer, have two children Jacobo and Belén and live in Guatemala City, and he is grateful to God for the opportunity to serve coaches and athletes.

Giulia Prevedello

Director of Operations

Giulia has been with FCA since 2023, beginning as an intern with Global Impact. She is from Curitiba, Brazil, and holds a degree in Bioprocess and Biotechnology Engineering. Giulia is married to Pedro and loves supporting leaders who are part of this mission.

Miguel Terrero

Caribbean Vice President

Miguel, a former aspiring baseball pitcher, has served with FCA since 2012, starting out as an area rep on the baseball fields he grew up playing on in the Dominican Republic. He is humbled and thankful to be able to serve coaches and athletes, while he and his wife, Rose, are raising their four children.

Abby Martin

Administrative Assistant

Abby has been part of FCA since 2021, serving in a variety of roles. She graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Spanish and Finance. Abby lives in Dallas, Texas and has a heart for nations and uses her skills to support the team and  advance the mission in meaningful ways.
